Mini golf events are a ton of fun for all ages and abilities! We offer the following options for group events.
How Do I Book?
Carefully read through the information on this page. If you're going with option 2, then email us with the info requested at the bottom of this page under “Ready to Book?”
OPTION 1: D.I.Y. Mini Golf Event
Looking for an easy way to get your group together to play mini golf? With a Do It Yourself mini golf event, you just bring your group to play, and come have some fun.
OPTION 2: Reserve the Course for a Private Mini Golf Event
Alternatively, the mini golf course can be reserved for a private event!
Liability Waiver: All event participants must sign the online Brock Golf Course Waiver and Release of Liability before participating.
Equipment: Only the rubber-headed mini golf putters and balls provided by the pro shop may be used on the mini golf course. Personal putters are not permitted.
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is prohibited on our property according to Ontario liquor laws. We are an AGCO licensed property. Prepare to have outside alcohol discarded.
Want to Add a Meal to Your Event? Click here for lunch and dinner options. Our banquet room can seat up to 100 people. If you've arranged and pre-paid for a meal for your event, the meal will proceed rain or shine.

OPTION 1: D.I.Y. Mini Golf Event
Looking for an easy way to get your group together to play mini golf? With a Do It Yourself mini golf event, you just bring your group to play, and come have some fun.
- Includes one 18 hole round of mini golf per person, plus putter and ball rental.
- Available for groups up to about 25 people to just show up and pay to play!
- The mini golf course remains open to the public throughout your event.
- For groups of 12 or more that pay as a group, on one bill, you'll receive a $1 per person discount off our regular mini golf fees. Make sure to ask our pro shop staff BEFORE YOU PAY in order to receive your discount.
- No need to book ahead!
- Make sure you check this page before you come over for pricing and to ensure the mini golf course is not closed for a private event at the time you wish to play.
- Kindly do not bring outside food and beverage.
OPTION 2: Reserve the Course for a Private Mini Golf Event
Alternatively, the mini golf course can be reserved for a private event!
- For groups of 12 or more
- Monday-Thursday flat fee: $200+HST per hour
- Friday-Sunday flat fee: $300+HST per hour
- Your fee includes unlimited play for your event's attendees during your event's time slot
- Reservations are limited to 1 hour to minimize the disruption to our public and walk-on players
- We will close the course to the public for the duration of your event. Please note that there may be public players remaining on the course, who teed off before your event's time slot and are finishing their rounds when your event starts.
- Fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours in advance of your event. A final invoice will be emailed to you and payment can be completed online with Visa, Mastercard or debit. Instructions will be provided for easy online payment.
- CANCELLATION/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Since we advertise the course closure for your event, our weather policy is important to understand. With this option, your event is expected to proceed rain or shine. Fees are non-refundable, with the exception of lightning and/or thunderstorms. In the event of lightning and/or thunder, you'll have the options of rescheduling to a later date (if a meal has not been arranged), or receiving a refund in full of your prepaid course reservation fees. Lightning and/or thunderstorm refunds are based on the actual weather occurring during your event, not based on weather forecasts.

- Your final number of meals must be confirmed at least 10 days in advance of your event.
- Pre-payment in full for your meal (except for drink tickets) must be completed at least 8 days in advance of your event. A final invoice will be emailed to you and payment can be completed online with Visa, Mastercard or debit. Instructions will be provided for easy online payment.
- Event dates that are not prepaid by the deadline will be released to the public for booking.
- If you’re using drink tickets, these can be paid on the day of the event, based on the number of tickets redeemed, at the price of each drink.

- Your preferred date AND an alternate date in case your preferred date is in the process of being booked
- Your group's name to put the booking under
- Which option (Option 1 or 2) you wish to book (Option 1 ONLY needs to be booked if you're adding a meal!)
- Your preferred start time
- Approximate number of participants
- Food and beverage needs
- Any other details you think would be helpful!
