How Do I Book?
Carefully read through the details below, then email us with the info requested at the bottom of this page under “Ready to Book?” We can accommodate anywhere from 13-80 golfers (4 or more tee times) for a tournament. If you have 12 or fewer golfers (3 or fewer tee times), you can book your own group online up to 7 days in advance.
Tournament Green Fees
Our discounted tournament green fees are as follows. All tournament bookings are paid in full, in advance, as a group to secure your booking (more details on this below). HST not included.
Tournament Rentals
Power Carts: Walking the course is encouraged. But if your group wants to ride, a maximum of 22 power carts are available and must be reserved for your group at least 8 days in advance of your event. While we can accommodate larger groups of golfers, we are only able to have up to 44 golfers riding (2 golfers per cart in a max of 22 carts). Golfers must be 18 or older with a valid G license to drive a power cart.
Food and Beverage: Click here for lunch and dinner options for 13 or more golfers (4 or more tee times). Our banquet room can seat up to 100 people.
Tee Times or Shotgun Start:
No Shows: You are responsible for the number of golfers you book for your tournament. Please plan accordingly and ensure your golfers know the details for the day, as payment is taken in advance based on the number of golfers booked. Do not bring more golfers than you have booked. (The no show policy does not apply for shotgun start tournaments as you are covered for any number of golfers, up to 80, under your flat fee.)
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is prohibited on our property according to Ontario liquor laws. We are an AGCO licensed property. Prepare to have outside alcohol discarded.
When should we arrive? Your golfers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time to have enough time to pack up their bags/carts and proceed to the first tee by their tee time. Please be respectful of the assigned tee times as other groups may be scheduled after yours.
Can we play as a group of 5 or 6? Groups of more than 4 golfers are not permitted.
Can we share golf clubs? Each golfer is required to have their own golf clubs in order to maintain the pace of play. A limited number of rental club sets are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you have new golfers playing in your event, you can encourage them to borrow from a friend or family member for the day, or check Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji as inexpensive used club sets are often available locally.
Pace of play: Golf is meant to be fun! But it also should move along in order to keep your golfers engaged and to avoid slow play and holding up groups that may be playing after yours. Pace of play is no more than 10 minutes per hole, resulting in a one-and-a-half hour 9 hole round, or a 3-hour 18 hole round.
Liability waiver: All event participants must sign the online Brock Golf Course Waiver and Release of Liability before participating.
What happens if it’s raining or cold? All of our tournaments are planned to go ahead, rain or shine (or cold!). Your event will be expected to go ahead unless the course is deemed unplayable by management, or in the event of lightning and/or thunder, in which case you will be given alternative days of play. This call is made at the time of the event based on the actually occurring weather, not based on forecasts. If alternative dates are not available, prepaid golf fees will be refunded. If you've arranged and pre-paid for a meal for your event, the meal will proceed rain or shine.

Tee Times or Shotgun Start:
- Tee times are sequential starting times, and your foursomes will start every 9 minutes. You can decide what time of day you'd like your first group to start, and we'll reserve the corresponding number of tee times based on your final number of golfers.
- A shotgun start is where each foursome starts on a different tee, and everyone starts at the same time. A 7am, 8am or 1pm shotgun can be accommodated for groups of up to 80 golfers. A flat fee of $1,800+HST reserves the entire course for your group, regardless of your final number of golfers. The golf course will be reserved for your group for 4 hours. (It normally takes 3 hours to play 18 holes, so your group will have a generous additional hour to finish their round.) If you prefer a different start time, we'll reserve tee times for your group.
No Shows: You are responsible for the number of golfers you book for your tournament. Please plan accordingly and ensure your golfers know the details for the day, as payment is taken in advance based on the number of golfers booked. Do not bring more golfers than you have booked.
