2025 Birthday Parties
Looking for a simple, fun and active birthday party? You've come to the right place!
Do I need to book ahead?
No, there is no booking ahead! Just check the mini golf page or footgolf page to make sure the course isn't closed for a private event at the time you wish to play.
How do birthday parties work?
On the day you decide to play, simply come to the pro shop desk to pay for your guests and pick up putters and balls if they're playing mini golf, and to rent soccer balls/discs if needed. Let our staff know who the birthday kid is so we can print out a pass for them to come play again for free on another day. Make sure you do this when you pay, as we can only give out the free pass within one week of the kid's actual birthday. Bring their health card as proof of birth date. Then take the kids out to the course and have fun!
What happened to the organized birthday parties?
We've decided to simplify our party offerings in 2025. Our birthday party offering is intended to be fun and simple, so you can bring the kids for an activity and then head home for pizza, cake and presents.
Can I bring pizza, cake and drinks?
Please do NOT bring outside food or drinks. If you wish to have your own pizza or other food, you can meet up here for mini golf, footgolf or disc golf, and then head home for your food and beverage. Our snack bar can accommodate small groups of up to about 12 people if you wish to purchase food and beverage here. If you have more attendees, we'd love to have your group come in for soft serve ice cream and drinks, but unfortunately our small snack bar doesn't have the capacity to prepare food for large groups in a timely fashion.
Things to know!
Liability waiver: All event participant guardians must sign the online Brock Golf Course Waiver and Release of Liability before participating.
Watch our footgolf Youtube video! If your kids will be playing footgolf, our 5-minute video below explains how to play footgolf, as well as some important notes to keep everyone safe.

Things to know!
- Birthday parties are for kids turning ages 4-17.
- Mini golf fees include putter and ball rentals for all kids. All players must use the mini golf putters that we provide. Do not bring your own putters as they are not permitted on the mini golf course.
- For footgolf or disc golf, each player must have a soccer ball or disc/frisbee, and kids are encouraged to bring their own. Rental fees apply if you need to rent soccer balls and/or discs at $2.50+HST per ball or disc. Please note we have limited numbers of rental equipment so it's best to have kids bring their own soccer balls or discs/frisbees.
- Adults can walk along and supervise at no charge. They pay regular rates if they want to play.
- We can accommodate up to about 30 players for birthday parties.
- We do not provide supervision for birthday parties. You are responsible for having enough adult supervisors to encourage safety and engagement.
